Winemaking 101 with Mike Breckel
Join us for this hands-on intro to home wine making. We’ll start with local red grapes and begin the process of turning them into great tasting homemade wine. We’ll pick and crush grapes, start the fermentation process, press some grapes and sample some of last year’s wine. If you like wine you’ll love making your own!
