Honest Bread with Daphne Kingsley

Learn to make true artisan style 100% whole grain sourdough breads—no refined flour or commercial yeast added. This hands-on workshop will include mixing, kneading, shaping, and baking techniques, as well as basic sourdough culture maintenance, the ins and outs of working with whole grains, slow fermentation, and the baker’s percentage, (a simple formula used to customize your own bread recipes). Everyone will receive a bit of sourdough culture to take home too
