How to register for a class

Registering for a folk school class is easy. 

Register Online: Find the class you'd like to take in the 'COURSES' tab above. You can also find all class registration pages here.  Choose the class you'd like and follow the link to the booking page. Fill out your information with up-to-date contact information. We send out course details, material list, and directions via email unless you state that you'd prefer by phone or mail. If you would prefer to be contacted by phone or mail, please let us know in the space for "other information." You can proceed with the secured electronic payment via paypal. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the payment has processed.

Please specify that you are sending a check in the "other information" box when you register online. 

Full payment is required at the time of registration. Special payment arrangements can be made by contacting the registrar (registrar@driftlessfolkschool.org). Please note that material costs vary significantly. 

 

Cancellations:

DFS is committed to holding classes with enrolled students and we appreciate early registrations. If there is an emergency and you need to cancel your registration, please contact DFS immediately. We do not offer refunds for cancellations less than two weeks before the class except in special circumstances. Students who cancel their registration more than 14 days before the class will receive a full refund minus a $5 handling fee. We can also keep a class credit on file for you to be used towards another class.
