Introduction to Your Sewing Machine

Instructor: Julie Tomaro

Did you score a thrift store sewing machine? Or get one handed down to you from a family member?
In this class we will be taking a look at your personal sewing machine, as well as those of other class participants. We will get a good understanding of our machines and some of the varying features. Depending on the age of your machine, it may have a wide variety of stitches and feet, or be a simple machine with only straight and zigzag stitches. We will also discuss basic maintenance and oiling of machines. Bring your machine, as well as all the feet and accessories you have.
